4) If your package has not been delivered or your tracking information shows that your package has been delivered but you have not received it, you must contact Customer Service to verify within 45 days of the order date. For other orders, products, and logistics related issues, you must contact customer service within 90 days of the order date.

We hope you love what you've ordered! But just in case you're not 100% satisfied, you may have a max of 45 days to make returns. You must send back  your return packages within 45 days after the purchase date. No returns made after 45 days from the purchase date will be accepted.

Returned products must be in its original condition, and please contact first for return address for returning products. it's different from the sender's address on your package.

Once we have received the returned product, the condition of the product will be reviewed to ensure that it satisfies our return policy and if it does, it will be approved for a refund. Refunds will be processed within 7 days after we receive your package. The original shipping fee and insurance are non-refundable. Thank you for your patience and understanding.
